If you are a crab lover, you can't miss this buffet!
Brizo is thoughtful to provide diners with aprons and disposable gloves.
I didn't use the gloves as I find it a pleasure to smear my fingers with sauces and lick them clean later. Ya, very unglam one, heehee.....White wine was great with seafood.

Salads
Appetisers. you are looking at Alaskan Crab Claws, Chilled Flower Crab and Australian Spanner Crab accompanied with chilled prawns, scallops and some top shells.
Close-up of the big fat Australian Spanner Crabs, *wipes saliva*.
Have to move my camera to the other side of the counter to show you salmon sashimi and sushi!
Everybody at the table was like "Ewwww...." when I was digging the top shell.
It tasted like chicken gizzard lolxx....
Moving on, woks and woks of pipping hot crabs, so much variety that it wasn't possible for me to try every flavor.
Dim Sum style - X.O. Steamed Crab in Egg White

This is a MUST TRY! Never know steam crab can be this good. Crab meat was bouncy and sweet, the XO savoury sauce was perfect with it. Beneath was a soft bed of steamed egg white covered with sauce. The taste was uncomplicating, it's just so simple yet so good!
Black Pepper Crab
Love this, cos' the black pepper sauce was moderate and not over bearing.

Suppose to be my favourite way of cooking crab, but there was too much flour for my liking.
Heavenly Fragrance Crab
Another MUST EAT. Stired fried with chilli, grounded dried prawns and various spices. This is really delicious and unique, only at Brizo and no where else.
If you can't do without carbs, here's some crabful ones:
Penne Rigatoni with crab meat
Baked crab meat in cream sauce
Laksa, with crab meat of course.
The gravy was crazy yummy, but it didn't taste like laksa, it's thick, more like curry.
Everybody was busying digging into the above dishes when I discovered this pot:
Indian Chilli Flower Crab Masala
The pot didn't look impressive, but the taste was POWER! MUST MUST MUST TRY!
The chef is an expert in this!
It's not too spicy, yet the punch is there. I can literally drink it like coffee.
I "wiped" the bowl clean with a mini fried bun and popped it into my mouth, awwww.......
Was already quite full but the curry was too good to resist.
My "part 2" was eating it with prata. This has got to be the best curry I ever eaten so far, yums....
Morale of the story:
Open every lid at buffet counters, you never know there's a great surprise waiting for you!
Taking into consideration that diners will be too comfortable to move after some time, Brizo will bring to your table

There are more dishes which I couldn't manage to take photos. You can expect only the freshest crabs and seafood! I would say it's worth every penny you spend!
