First visit to Hoshino Coffee was quite some time ago around Feb 2013. You may read about the my experience HERE.
Displays which looks incredibly tempting and edible. |
I brought King Luis here again somewhere beginning of Oct cos' I know he will love the french toast. The visit turned out a be a pleasant surprise with a 180 degree upgrade in service. We felt so welcome this time. No more black faces or bo-chap attitude. Plain water was served as soon as we sat down, followed by menu. The staffs are now more attentive to diners. Saw how helpful and fast they responded when someone dropped her cutlery, requested for extra plate etc...
Good service + good food + cozy ambience = Re-visit.
Had hubby to join me this time.
Slumber onto the cushion seat, "deposited" my shopping bags and rest my tired feet while waiting my orders.

Hoshino Spaghetti S$14.00
Oriental style spaghetti with various ingredients. The soft boil egg with lava egg yolk was a perfect "sauce" to the springy spaghetti.
Pescatora Seafood S$15.00
A common but delightful spaghetti.
French Toast S$9.80
After a plate of spaghetti each, we were actually quite full. But it's ashamed to leave without ordering their French Toast. It's a "full already also must eat" item. Sink your teeth into these thick and soft toasts, you'll drown in happiness and satisfaction.
So glad that they had improved their service and maintained the awesome standard in food quality.
It's now worth to queue and pay for.
