Ah Loy Thai at Tampines Mall

Another economical Thai food opened not too long ago at Tampines Mall located at B1.

It's open concept and there was a short queue during dinner time.

Simple furnishes.

Ice Lemon Tea

Fried tofu with thai sauce was served pipping hot, slight crisp outside and very soft inside.

Seafood Tom Yum with reasonable amount of ingredients for the price.

But wasn't my liking, not spicy enough.

I prefer clear soup base which is normally more spicy but it's not available in their menu.

Beef salad was really nice and refreshing with sour and spicy sauce, topped with parsley and mint leaves.

I was expecting Pineapple Rice when this plate came.

Later, I realised that they don't have Pineapple Rice in their menu;

only Pineapple Fried Rice, which somehow my eyes just skipped that word.

Anyway, it was a big plate of fried rice good enough for 2 person to share.

Loads of with pineapple, egg, raisin, diced chicken and prawns, super value for money!

Here's our bill without GST and service charge.

Not too bad a causal dinning place to cure your stomach if you are shopping in Tampines Central.

Was a plain jane wearing a simple 3/4 cotton top with shorts and hello kitty frames.
