We gathered at the Bowling Alley and had a few games.
Camwhored with Michelle, watching William suave his way and epic moment of CK and Darren Sim cat fighting lolxx...
I was the 洗龙沟Queen of the day with "ultimate" score of 39 points!!
Pulled down the score of my team members, we were to prepare BBQ for dinner as a punishment. Don't blame me, I really don't know how to bowl lah.
But I was like "Huh??!!?? What BBQ? Not cook wanton meh??"
Entering into this big resort bungalow, not aware of what's going to happen next, heehee....
It's PARTY time!!!
Never know CP have so much variety of products!
Michelle and I total love this giant CP logo, we hide our tummies behind it, yeah!
However, she didn't put it down. She brought it to the kitchen, waahaahaaaa....
These 2 ladies from CP had prepared some ingredients for us.
Daen, the host giving us a briefing.
We were all attentive and good, heehee......
Love the bold colors on the CP apron!
Instead of wearing it to cook, I wore it to take pictures and......
to eat!!!
Holding with me Korean chicken in a cup.
One bite instantly took me back to Shinchon Street where I had my first try of Korean's chicken street food in winter. I really don't know how to describe this, cos' delicious will be a understatement.
Nom-ing the Spicy Flavour Korean Chicken, yum yum....
You gotta grab a cup of Korean Chicken from:

¼ cup finely chopped red pepper
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
4 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons lime juice, divided
1/8 teaspoon plus 1/4 teaspoon salt, divided
4 teaspoon sugar
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash herbs
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Method:
1. Wash and pat dry the fish.
2. In a small bowl, combine the pineapple, onions, green pepper, cilantro, 4 teaspoons lime
juice, 4 teaspoon sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt and cayenne. Chill salsa until serving.
3. Combine oil and remaining lime juice; drizzle over fillets. Sprinkle with pepper, herbs,
cayenne pepper and remaining salt.
4. Lightly coat the aluminium foil with butter and wrapped fish.
5. BBQ for 20 to 30mins until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Side Note: We stolen some bites of the fish fillet without the salsa dressing and it was GOOD!! So if you are lazy, the fish with the seasoning is sufficient as a delicious dish. Non-greasy BBQ dish absolutely delectable for children, elders and everybody! The fish fillet can be pan-fried to achieve the same result too!

Now that I had been mentioning CP numerous times here, anybody knows what does CP stands for?
CP stands for
Charoen Pokphand
which means "Prosperity in Food" in Thai language!
It's found by the Jia brothers in 1921 as a small shop in Bangkok ^^
CP Food Bloggers' BBQ Party ended with fun games, "scrumptious" "delectable" "toothsome" quiz (these words are impossible to draw out and our brain juices were drained!!) and a memorable group pic.
Do check out CP at their web-site http://www.cpbrand.com/sg/
