Goki Day Korean BBQ Buffet Restaurant

Yeah, I was back to Teck Chye Terrace again, hur hur.....
If you wanna know what brought me back again, read the previous post HERE

I was early for dinner at around 5pm.

Anything Korea related is gaining massive popularity in Singapore, from K-pop entertainment to korean drama and of course, FOOD!!
Goki Day Korean BBQ Buffet Restaurant

The main purpose for early dinner was to grab a seat and also, heehee.... 20% DISCOUNT!!!

Nothing pretty about the interior, but there's aircon and the place is relatively clean and tidy, good enough for me.

One heap of lettuce, some kimchi and cold dishes.

Spicy cold tofu at Goki  Day Korean BBQ Buffet Restaurant

One mountain of bacon, cos' bacon taste best when BBQ :P~~
Meat buffet counter at Goki Day Korean BBQ Buffet Restaurant

The prawns not too impressive....

Inside were hot dishes such as glass noodles, spicy rice cakes and braised beef slices.

The spicy tofu was yummy, so were the glass noddles.

They have ginseng chicken soup too, but too much pepper for our liking >.<

Pig in time!

As usual it's really difficult for us to nod our heads on meat as we are extremely picky.
While the beef and other meats were norm, their pork collar was extra nice (initially mistook it as lamb) and we took many servings of it.

I wonder why were the pumpkin sliced so thinly, but it's nice on BBQ anyway.

The buffet includes free flow mineral water as well as water melon (no other choices of fruits liao)

Total bill was S$43.82 for 2 pax after the early bird discount of 20%
I wouldn't say it's the best Korean BBQ, but it's really one of cheapest you can get.
Left the place with whole body infused with BBQ smell but patz tummy.
Won't mind a second visit especially when I am broke and farmished lolxx...

PLEASE call to reserve, it's really hard to get a table if you walk-in, address and tel as below:

Thank you for your honest comments.

My self and my partner are both Korean.
we both are actually in the above pictures.Me, short hair, my partner long hair. he,he

The lamb meat you mentioned is atually Pork collar...
and pumpkin has to be sliced thinly otherwise it takes ages to cook on the grill.
Water melon is the best choice of fruit after heavy meal of meat as it is not filling and helps to clean your mouth as well as in digestion.

We do try hard to provide quality food.
We marinate our meat with brown sugar, apples, pear, onions, garlic, ginger etc.
    A lot of work.....
80% ingridients are Korean brand, sugar, salt, pepper, chilly powder, soya sauce...

We are having 20% off on 1 hour 30mins weekend(sat,sun/PH) lunch for July 2013 only.
lunch opening hour is 11:30 to 2:30(end)

    Do visit Goki Day again!
