Tilley Goat's Milk Shampoo pours out as a beige lotion like any other shampoos.
It's fragrance free but there's a very faint medical scent.
Lathers pretty well!
Tilley Goat's Milk Conditioner is in whitish cream. It doesn't flow out like the shampoo, takes a bit of effort to shake it out of the bottle.
Left the conditioner on damp hair and rinse off after 5 minutes.
My hair feel really soft after using and combs out easily too.
After trying, I am sure Tilley Goat's Milk hair products are gentle enough. I give them to my father who's an elderly of 73 years old. His skin and scalp is very thin and dry due to aging. His condition is very fragile and delicate, he cannot use anything with too much harsh chemicals.
So Tilley Goat's Milk hair products are just right and very pampering for my father ^.^
