Itinerary:
HuKou Waterfall (Yellow River), 壶口瀑布

Breakfast, had western plate with oatmeal this time.

Spend most of the time on the road thus only one itinerary.

Along the way, we alight at a stopover with the cleanest public washroom I ever encounter in China.
Just look at the shiny floor, it's sparkling clean.  Let's hope everybody continues to pee and poo properly.

Continued with our journey, a lorry dropped many bags of apples, but the driver drove off without realizing.  We almost wanted to alight and pick them up lolxx...

We had some boring lunch before heading to the waterfall.

The attraction's shuttle bus at the bus bay.

Group pic before moving on.

Entrance: RMB90 for adults, RMB45 for students.

Rainbow doesn't only appear on the sky but over the waterfall.

The fence got fence like no fence like that, jumping over should be easy without hinder.
But it's not a good way to die lah sia, the current so strong that your body will be flashed to one mile away.

Photos are stationery so here's a small video with motion:

River gushed down fiercely.

Other smaller waterfalls.

There were a few donkeys around for photo taking at RMB10 only but didn't take any.

Resting point with a suggestive name 黄河大河唱.

There was a row of massage chairs.  Be it overseas or local, I never dare to sit on public massage chairs cos nobody knows whether it's hygienic or not.

Rayson bought us ice-cream, looked nice but taste average only.

After dinner, we spend the whole noon on bus till dinner time.
I started to crave for Mcdonald's, steak, mee pok and everything not on the table.

The buns were good, if the filling were minced meat rather than minced long beans would be better.

After dinner, we reached CuiQuan Hotel 翠泉开元酒店
This hotel is BEAUTIFUL!  Brick walls and arches, wow, it's like a castle.

More pics at the lobby.

Continue to awe at the bricks on the way to our room.

Our room was gorgeous with a concave ceiling.
I waaaaaaaaa until...

European and oriental fusion in harmony.

Aircon/warmer outlet behind the beds.

Grey marble floor and wall in the washroom, I have a soft spot for grey, always.

The toilet seat was warm but the bidet spray was not working.  Since we were only staying for one night, didn't bother.

We missed out a lot since we were arranged to leave the very next morning.
We traveled all the way to this resort but didn't get to enjoy the surroundings, such a pity and I felt so sad.  I feedback to the tour agent, hope they make adjustments

It was sub zero degrees but we still headed out.

We found some peacocks here.

And there's a mini-mart which we bought some stuffs.

We walked pass the pond wondering how it looked like in day time.

If I am not wrong this was a restaurant but it's not open.
After this we made a u-turn back to the hotel in case we kena attack by wild animals lolxx..  Just kidding...

I am suppose to leave for Tokyo in 3 weeks time, but with the current CO-19 virus situation, it's so worrying.  You know Japan has a habit of hiding negative things.  Their die hard culture of wanting everything to be perfect and their pride can means that the actual situation can be a lot worst than what we know from the news and media.  As such I can only decide on flying or not one week before departure, perhaps.

Currently I had already spend about $3K on flights, booking of accommodations and some packages with KLOOK.  I don't know how much I can get back if I should chicken out, haiz....

Meanwhile, will continue to work on Day 6 of XiAn.
