Never know beer + bacon = ang mo bak kua. Finger licking good!

Basketful of Pork S$15.90

The basket contains the following porky bites - Beer Candied Bacon, Pop Corn Pork and Sliced Bratwurst. The Pop Corn Pork was surprisingly tender, so delicious that they are gone before we realize it.

Christmas Cranberry Sticky Bones

Comes with coleslaw and fries; good old fashion barbeque prime ribs smothered with fruity sweet sauce made from dried cranberries... Glide the rib in your mouth, feel tender meat separate away from the bone effortlessly....

Tender prime ribs glazed with Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar Beer. No Hazelnut taste but still a splendid savoury slab of ribs to die for!

Turkey drumstick served with red skin mash and coleslaw.

It tasted as good as it looks, meat was so tender and juicy! A far cry from those I had gotten from supermarkets. Morganfield's has changed my opinion about turkeys being tough and boring.

Can't decide which eat? They are all so tempting right?

This magnificent platter consist of -

* Grilled Sausage (4pcs)

* Christmas Cranberry Sticky Bones (half slab)

* Christmas Hazelnut Sticky Bones (half slab)

* Bourbon Marmalade Glazed Ham Slices

* Smoked Turkey Legs (2pcs)

* Sides - roasted potatoes, glazed carrots, caramelized onions, green beans, corn bread

Apart from the meat, the sides are, the cupped corn breads and glazed carrots are crazy yummy, must save some stomach space for them! Personally I don't fancy french beans, but my table mates love it.

Morgan's Christmas Feast Platter is recommended for 4 - 5 pax, but I think 6 -7 pax also no problem!

Red Christmas Cooler S$8.90
Sweet mix of lemon, watermelon and cranberry juice with fresh blackberries dancing inside.

White Christmas Sangria S$16.90
Peach puree in white wine so that it's not so "wine-nish", diced green apples and oranges for a tease in your mouth! Love it!

Cranberry 'n' Peach Crumble S$13.90
(with purchase of a Christmas Feast Platter, top up this dessert at S$9.90 only!)

Warm stewed cranberries and peaches topped with crunchy butter sugar crumble, served with a big ball of vanilla ice cream.

Both warm and cold in one, life can't be better than this....

Christmas Hazelnut Roast Chicken S$28.90

With goodness of traditional chestnut stuffing, whole chicken (800-900g) is marinated with Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar. Taste? Flavorful tenderness of juicy meat is simply delicious! I can eat it all by myself! (if allowed >.<)

Bourbon Marmalade Glazed Leg of Ham S$168.90

Beer Candied Bacon is "Ang Mo Bak Kua" and this is gonna be "Ang Mo Char Siew"! The browned glaze on the outside is honey sweet, lean ham with that little bit of fats that melt in the mouth is so prefect! It's slightly saltish, great to be eaten with potatoes, bread, pastas or rice.

It's around 4 - 5kg, can be shared with 12 pax or more!
